Spencer County approves $256,491 in asphalt flex funds and discretionary road list

Travis) and reviewed ongoing FEMA disaster repair projects that must be completed before some pavements can be measured for paving. Judge Travis distributed a FEMA list of county roads and the court approved that list with allowance for edits (motion by Esq. Stump; second by Esq. Cotton).
