Flemingsburg, Ky. — At a special meeting on Jan. 3, 2023, the Fleming County Fiscal Court unanimously approved a slate of routine administrative measures, including an executive order authorizing magistrates to solemnize marriages and the sheriff's 2023 budget.
County Judge/Executive John Sims Jr. called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. and led the opening prayer and pledge of allegiance. Fiscal Court Clerk Tammy L. Gray performed the roll call and recorded six magistrates present: Kerri Moran, Taylor Hunt, Richie Kielman, Joe Dunaway Jr., Donnie Fawns and Ray H. Money. County Attorney Monica Hill and County Treasurer Kathy Dryden were also in attendance.
