Commission approves rezoning of 2302 Hwy. 70 in Kingston Springs from C‑1 to R‑1

The full commission approved the zone change by roll call, 11 yes, 0 no, 1 absent.
County Attorney Michael Bligh told commissioners the Planning and Zoning Committee is working on an update to the county Zoning Resolution and expects a draft in the coming months; the commission plans a January work session to review that draft.
