The body voted 12–0 to rescind Resolution 3 (July 9, 2018) and replace it with an agreement not to exceed $100,760.40 with the Pegram Fire Department to provide two or more emergency service personnel, a motion moved by Diana Pike Lovell and seconded by Gary Binkley. County Mayor Kerry McCarver, Chairman Donnie Jordan and other officials presented a memorial and a special recognition earlier in the meeting.
