The council voted unanimously to approve a special-use permit allowing Waste Management to operate a transfer station at parcel 202-05-030S. Councilmember Joe Bjornn moved the motion and JoAnne Guderian seconded it; the permit is explicitly conditioned to remain effective only until transfer of ownership of the parcel, as stipulated by the council.
