Commissioners voted unanimously to adopt Resolution 05-2023-01, authorizing certain amendments to all county funds except those established for the county school system. Commissioner Stacey Batey moved the resolution; Commissioner Mike Petty seconded the motion, which passed by a unanimous aye voice vote.
The meeting also approved a $5 electronic citation fee under Resolution 05-2023-02. The resolution sets the fee at $5 per traffic citation resulting in conviction, with $1 retained by the court clerk for upgrades or replacement of processing equipment and $4 forwarded to the law enforcement agency that issued the citation for a five-year period.
