Commissioner Nathan Epperson moved to approve Resolution 2023-100 to amend the county budget and add $100,000 in revenue and matching expense authority for Brogan Boat Dock improvements; Commissioner Haley Barker seconded. The roll-call vote was 20 in favor, 0 opposed.
The resolution adds revenue to account 101-46980-ARCBD (Other State Grants–Brogan Boat Dock) and authorizes expense account 101-91130-791-ARCBD (Other Construction–Brogan Boat Dock) for the project. The county had previously approved funding in Resolution 2022-122 for Brogan's Boat Ramp improvements; the TWRA funds were not yet recorded in the county budget.
With the amendment, the county can expend TWRA funds for construction and related project costs. The resolution takes effect upon passage.
