Commissioners combine and approve five committee appointment items

During its Oct. 2 special meeting the Benton County Board of Commissioners combined and approved several committee appointment items.
On a motion by Commissioner Darrell Hicks, seconded by Commissioner Norman Frazier, the commission voted by voice to combine Agenda Items 9–13, which covered appointments to the Property, Law Enforcement, Highway, Budget and Insurance committees. The commission then approved the combined appointments on a motion by Commissioner Hicks, seconded by Commissioner Dayna Ferguson; the minutes record a voice vote with all present voting Aye.
