Tazewell County CPMT approves October minutes, financial report and multiple fund allocations

The Tazewell County Community Policy and Management Team unanimously approved routine business on Nov. 22, including the Oct. 25 meeting minutes and the October financial report, and authorized encumbered WRAP funds and Safe & Stable funds.
Shanna Plaster moved to approve the Oct. 25 minutes; Sheri Hale seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Robin Boyd moved to approve the October financial report; Melinda Smith seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Melinda Smith moved to approve the encumbered WRAP funds; Robin Boyd seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Sheri Hale moved to approve Safe & Stable funds; Melinda Smith seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The approvals were recorded in the meeting minutes without dissent. The Team noted no scheduled OCS trainings for December 2021 during the meeting’s review of the training calendar.
The CPMT also discussed mandated-member attendance requirements under local policy — members must attend at least 50% of meetings or be dismissed and replaced — and agreed to revisit attendance at the December 2021 meeting.
