Separately, the Board approved buying a hot‑water pressure washer for the Lunenburg Animal Shelter to aid facility cleaning. Chairman Charles R. Slayton relayed Animal Control Officer Ray Elliott’s request and Supervisor T. Wayne Hoover and others supported using capital improvement funds for the purchase. The motion to approve the purchase was unanimous.
