- Declared as surplus two old metal desks at the Treasurer’s Office and old map panels with housing unit at the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office. (Motion: Supervisor Frank W. Bacon; second: Supervisor Edward Pennington.)
- Deferred a decision on Meridian Waste’s request to increase daily tonnage from 1,500 to 2,000 tons until Meridian provides written documentation of agreed conditions. (Motion: Supervisor Mike Hankins; second: Supervisor Edward Pennington.)
- Reappointed Administrator Tracy M. Gee to the Virginia’s Heartland Regional Industrial Development Authority for a term July 1, 2024–June 30, 2028, and appointed Supervisor Greg Currin to a term July 1, 2024–June 30, 2026. (Motion: Supervisor T. Wayne Hoover; second: Supervisor Edward Pennington.)
- Approved a resolution authorizing Lunenburg County’s participation in the proposed Kroger opioid settlement and directed the county attorney/outside counsel to execute necessary documents, including release of claims. (Motion: Supervisor Mike Hankins; second: Supervisor Edward Pennington.)
- Authorized staff to prepare recognition resolutions for Dixie Youth Baseball and Girls Softball teams if they placed at the World Series, to be presented at a later meeting. (Motion: Supervisor Frank W. Bacon; second: Supervisor Mike Hankins.)
- Adjourned the meeting. (Motion: Supervisor Frank W. Bacon.)
