The EMPG covers a portion of wages and fringe benefits for Director Postma.
The committee reviewed standard grant documentation including subrecipient risk assessment certification, in-kind match forms and federal assurances. Commissioner Damon Lieurance moved to accept the HMEP grant and Commissioner Justin Knepper supported authorizing the chairman’s signature on the EMPG initial work agreement; the motion carried by voice vote.
