It also authorized two monumentation contracts of $54,000 each with Alpine Engineering and the Sidock Group to monument 30 corners apiece, and approved up to $5,000 for peer‑review professional surveyor agreements (five named surveyors listed in the minutes).
All required documents were authorized for signature by the committee on voice votes.
