Alpena County personnel committee recommends 3.5% raise for administrator, approves job-title changes

The committee voted on the raise on a motion moved by Commissioner John Kozlowski and supported by Commissioner Todd Britton; the recommendation passed by roll call with all three committee members voting yes. The committee’s recommendation will be forwarded to the full board for final action.
