The committee recorded the final recommendation as an action item for the full board.
Commissioners made several procedural motions during the exchange. The recommendation adopted by the committee will be forwarded to the full board as Action Item #1, which states: "The Committee recommends approval of the tuition reimbursement of $1,000.00/per student to any Alpena County First Responder agency upon successful completion of the course and licensure as a certified Michigan EMT." The transcript records the vote on the final motion as AYES: Commissioners LaHaie, Ludlow, Kozlowski and Bray.
