County reviews property maintenance ordinance, AV upgrade quote and Baker Tilly notice; HEA 1158 contract ordinance to be discussed next meeting

County Attorney Gregory Schnarr and Auditor Sandra L. Morton acknowledged receipt of information from Baker Tilly regarding a corporate restructuring; the board consented to acknowledge the information and authorized Commissioner Blessinger to sign related documentation.
With the passage of House Enrolled Act 1158, the board noted it will consider adopting a county ordinance to guide departments in preparing and executing contracts at the next meeting.
