The board authorized a TelePlus Protection System Extended Service Agreement (Silver Maintenance Coverage) for $14,040.56, effective Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026. A Retirement Board meeting convened at 9:15 a.m. with participant David Lytle joining by Zoom. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve a Conrad Siegel Inc. invoice of $5,700 for actuarial services (July–Dec. 2025) to be paid from the Charles Schwab Pension Account and to approve a $3,844.25 invoice for investment advisory services to be paid from plan assets; the motions passed (all in favor).
Nelson Witmer, President/CEO of Elect IT Solutions, presented Addendum A (IT staffing and support), Addendum B (managed backup services) and Addendum C (IT/cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulations); Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the addenda and the motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve Community State Bank documents to add and remove authorized check signers because of a transition in the Treasurer's Office. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch authorized changes to Treasurer's Office operating procedures as presented by Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop. The minutes record that the meeting adjourned at 11:02 a.m.
