Fulton County commissioners approve $281,921.91 in payables; approve routine renewals and services

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved payables dated Dec. 16, 2025, totaling $281,921.91, during its meeting Tuesday. The total included $214,588.09 charged to the General Fund and $46,105.21 listed under Opioid Settlement Funds, among smaller allocations to other funds.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann made the motion to approve the payables; Commissioners Randy H. Bunch and Steven L. Wible voted in favor. Chief Clerk Stacey M. Shives recorded the action for the county.
The board also retroactively approved a renewal order form for Momentive Software, Inc. for the Fiscal Department at an annual price of $1,660.48 after a motion by Commissioner Steven L. Wible. Commissioners unanimously approved a Sheriff's Department request to approve and execute physician services for an inmate at the Bedford County Correctional Facility (motion by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch).
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the board's 2026 meeting dates and directed that the schedule be publicly advertised in the Fulton County Newspaper; the motion passed unanimously.
The meeting record shows each of those routine business items was adopted by unanimous vote. The board adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
