Commissioners approve BFJRA charter amendments, appoint member and retain Keller Engineer for 2026

The commissioners then appointed Craig Cutchall to a one-year term on the BFJRA, with the term set to expire Jan. 3, 2027. The board also approved an agreement to retain Keller Engineer, Inc. for FY2026; the formal appointment of Keller Engineer will be made at the Reorganizational Meeting on Jan. 6, 2026.
