The board also approved routine administrative items including the Dec. 16, 2025 Commissioners' Meeting minutes and the Dec. 16, 2025 Retirement Board minutes, and authorized payroll dated Dec. 26, 2025 for $145,032.44.
The lease is set to take effect when the space is available, and the SOW will govern IT staffing and support details; specifics in the SOW were not read into the record. The board did not record any dissent; one commissioner, Steven L. Wible, was absent for the meeting.
