Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a 5-year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg, authorizing the arrangement at $250 per month with no scheduled increases. The board also approved a statement of work for IT staffing and support services and purchased a desktop "view station" for the treasurer's office.
The lease and related measures were presented to the board by Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the five-year lease; the motion passed with all commissioners present voting in favor. Commissioner Bunch moved approval of SOW # ETM12042025-001 for IT staffing and support services; that motion also passed.
In related business, Commissioner Bunch moved to approve a quote from Amazon for a view station for the Treasurer's Office for $784.22; the motion was approved. The board also approved routine administrative items including the Dec. 16, 2025 Commissioners' Meeting minutes and the Dec. 16, 2025 Retirement Board minutes, and authorized payroll dated Dec. 26, 2025 for $145,032.44.
The lease is set to take effect when the space is available, and the SOW will govern IT staffing and support details; specifics in the SOW were not read into the record. The board did not record any dissent; one commissioner, Steven L. Wible, was absent for the meeting. The county did not provide additional timetable details for occupancy or staffing start dates at the time of the vote.
The board adjourned at 11:21 a.m.
