Barb Kraft nominated Robert Ternes for chairman and Matt Hager seconded the nomination; nominations were then ceased by board member Bob Larson. For vice‑chair, Robert Ternes nominated Matt Hager and Barb Kraft seconded; nominations were again ceased by Bob Larson. The minutes record that this concluded the reorganization of the Planning & Zoning Board.
The board conducted routine business (approval of the agenda and the December minutes), discussed two infrastructure items in old and new business, set its next regular meeting for Feb. 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. MT, and adjourned at 10:40 a.m. MT after a motion to adjourn by Brenden Becher and a second by Matt Hager. All routine motions were approved by unanimous consent of members present.
