Commissioner Buckley moved and Commissioner Zachmeier seconded a motion directing the Treasurer to cancel the auditors' warrants as presented and remit the funds to Unclaimed Property at the North Dakota Department of Trust Lands under NDCC 47-30.1; the motion carried unanimously.
