At 10:42 a.m., Commissioner Mike Dixon moved to return the meeting to regular session; Commissioner Allison Willis seconded the motion and it again carried by unanimous vote. After returning to open session, Chairman Will Boyd adjourned the meeting at 10:42 a.m.
County Manager Lori Burke, County Attorney Aaron Meyer (participating via Zoom), and Administrative Clerk Sonya Gordon were listed as attendees in the meeting record. Edwin Lovett is noted as attending via Zoom in the minutes; the transcript does not specify a role for him in the public proceedings.
