Screven County board approves ACCG retirement amendment, renews TCSG‑OTC lease and fills Planning & Zoning seats

At its Oct. 11 meeting the Screven County Board of Commissioners approved several routine administrative items. Commissioner Rosa Romeo moved to approve an amendment to Schedule D2 of the Administrative Services Agreement with ACCG Retirement Services; Commissioner John Triplett seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board also voted to renew and execute a lease agreement with TCSG‑OTC following a motion from Commissioner J.C. Warren and a second from Commissioner John Triplett; that motion carried unanimously. In appointments business, Commissioner Allison Willis moved to reappoint Warren Poythress to the Planning & Zoning Board for a three‑year term; Commissioner Mike Dixon seconded and the vote was unanimous. Commissioner Rosa Romeo moved to appoint Casey Sowell to the Planning & Zoning Board; Commissioner J.C. Warren seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
