Hardin County awards Park Road overlay, authorizes solicitations and design amendments for courthouse and safe room

Commissioner L.W. (Nubbin) Cooper asked the Purchasing Agent to solicit bids to overlay approximately 4,400 square yards on Barrows Drive and approximately 2,444 square yards on Bryan Lane in Precinct 1; the court approved both solicitations.
The court also authorized the County Judge to execute Amendment 3 to the professional services agreement with The LaBiche Architectural Group, Inc. concerning courthouse and jail renovations (an ARPA-funded project), and separately authorized Amendment 3 for the Hardin County Hurricane Safe Room (Phase A), also ARPA funded. Both authorizations were moved and seconded as recorded and approved unanimously.
