The court voted 3–0 to remove the shelving/storage project that had been approved Dec. 23, 2024, and to approve a package of adjustments to ARPA project funding. The motions were moved and seconded by Commissioner L.W. "Nubbin" Cooper Jr. and Commissioner Amanda Young, respectively, and were approved by Judge Wayne McDaniel and Commissioners Cooper and Young. Commissioners Chris Kirkendall and Ernie Koch were absent.
