Castens also reported that Bernie is no longer with consulting firm Miller & Associates and that Chris Miller will finish work on the landfill’s new cell project. Chris Miller asked who would pay Miller & Associates to check warranty work; the commissioners agreed that Cahoj Earthmoving is responsible for those payments.
The minutes do not show additional contract language or a formal amendment to the Miller & Associates agreement; commissioners' action was a directive assigning payment responsibility to Cahoj Earthmoving rather than a procurement decision by the county.
