Pump repair: On a motion by Commissioner Lincoln Pochop, seconded by Commissioner Mark Mosley, the board approved having Con Equip rebuild the John Deere motor grader hydraulic pump for $5,400.00.
WorkforceONE agreement: Commissioner Pochop moved and Commissioner Mosley seconded to sign an agreement presented by Deb Scheibler representing WorkforceONE; the motion carried.
Minutes and vouchers: The board approved minutes for July 15 and July 16, 2025 (motion by Pochop, seconded by Mosley) and approved July 2025 vouchers (motion by Mosley, seconded by Pochop); both motions carried.
Abatement and year-end transfers: Commissioner Alan A. Solko moved (seconded by Commissioner Pochop) to sign an abatement from the Appraiser’s Office; the motion carried. Commissioner Pochop moved to approve and sign Resolution 2025-07 for 2024 end-of-year transfers; Commissioner Mosley seconded and the motion carried. School nursing-services agreement: Commissioners discussed an hourly-rate change for nursing services provided to Rawlins County USD 105 and on a motion by Commissioner Mosley, seconded by Commissioner Pochop, authorized Commissioner Solko to sign the Agreement for School Nursing Services between Rawlins County Public Health and Rawlins County USD 105.
