Delbert Warning of the Rawlins County Fairgrounds requested use of a Road & Bridge skid loader and a loader with an operator for about an hour to move dirt and pull a post and tree; commissioners directed that Road & Bridge staff or Corey Castens could provide the equipment and approved the request. Commissioner Mosley moved to adjourn, Commissioner Pochop seconded and the meeting adjourned at 10:09 a.m.
