Washington County approves four Planning Board appointments

The Planning Board informed the commissioners that Rosalind Shields resigned because her business moved farther away. The Planning Board recommended Elizabeth Bradshaw and Katie Walker to serve terms expiring Dec. 31, 2023 (filling Shields’ and related expiring seats) and Steve Barnes and David Clifton to terms expiring March 31, 2024. All nominees had agreed to serve if appointed.
Commissioner Johnson moved to approve the reappointments, Commissioner Keyes seconded, and the board approved the slate on a unanimous roll-call vote.
