Durham County asked to authorize DOT permits, encroachment agreements for TWWTP Admin Building II
Summary

Durham County staff asked the Board to authorize the County Manager to sign the documents required by the N.C. Department of Transportation as part of the Triangle Wastewater Treatment Plant (TWWTP) Utilities Administration Building II project.
Agenda materials list specific authorizations: right-of-way encroachment agreements for curb, gutter and pavement widening; a three-party encroachment agreement for installing a ductile iron pipe (DIP) sewer line involving Durham County, NCDOT and the City of Durham; and three street-and-driveway access permit applications.
