The motion to approve Ainsworth Motors' quote carried on a roll call vote of three in favor, none against. The minutes record the action as an obligation of federal/state grant funds to capital purchase and related infrastructure needs; commissioners did not record additional financing sources or alternate vehicle options at the meeting.
