Planning commission approves minutes, welcomes new community development director

At its July 7 meeting the Summit County Countywide Planning Commission approved the June 2 Summary of Motions (7-0 with one abstention), approved the agenda, introduced Bill Jackson as the new Community Development Director, and adjourned at 5:54 p.m.
The Summit County Countywide Planning Commission convened on July 7 at 5:30 p.m. and approved the Summary of Motions from the June 2 meeting. Commissioner Ira Tane moved to approve the prior summary; Cassi Clark Ward-Hunt seconded. The minutes were recorded as approved by a vote of 7-0, with Commissioner Greg Roy abstaining due to his absence at the June 2 meeting.
The commission also approved the meeting agenda as presented. No items were listed under New Business or Consent Agenda for this session.
