OSAC approves amended agenda and minutes, accepts summary report and holds executive session

At its Sept. 10 meeting, the Summit County Open Space Advisory Council approved an amended agenda and the Aug. 12 minutes, unanimously accepted the staff summary report, and entered an executive session from 6:25 to 7:02 p.m.
The Summit County Open Space Advisory Council approved a change to its agenda at the start of the Sept. 10, 2025 meeting after staff posted an amended agenda that added a discussion of a 10th Mountain Hut parking request. Peter Grosshuesch moved to approve the amended agenda and Jim Alexander seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The council also unanimously approved the Aug. 12, 2025 meeting minutes on a motion by Bob Nothnagel, seconded by Brandon Bruegger, and unanimously accepted the staff summary report after staff elaborated on items including Aspen Alley signage and Ranch at Breck Phase 2 trail recommendations.
Later in the meeting Peter Grosshuesch moved and John Uban seconded to enter executive session at 6:25 p.m.; OSAC left executive session at 7:02 p.m. on a motion by Paul Semmer, seconded by John Uban. The meeting was adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
