The Butler County Board of Supervisors voted May 21 to approve Resolution #2004-2024, accepting "REINTS' 1ST MINOR PLAT," a minor subdivision plat covering 4.14 acres including 0.45 acres of Union Avenue right-of-way.
Misty Day of Planning and Zoning told the board the commission recommended approval after reviewing a proposal to split acreage to allow construction on a parcel. Supervisor Greg Barnett moved to approve the resolution and Chairman Wayne Dralle seconded; a roll call vote was taken and the resolution was adopted.
The resolution describes the parcel legally and records that the Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed the plat at its May 9 meeting. Section 4 of the resolution states the Board approves the Minor Subdivision Plat "as legally described above," and Section 5 makes the resolution effective immediately.
The board signed the resolution and the auditor attested the action. No amendments or conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes. The approved plat and related documents will be filed with the Butler County Recorder's Office.
