Lebeck outlined changes from the original contract and told supervisors that future adjustments may be needed depending on a prospective state-level realignment of ECI programs. Supervisor Rusty Eddy moved to approve the contract amendment; Supervisor Greg Barnett seconded the motion and it passed with all ayes. Supervisor Barnett moved and Supervisor Eddy seconded approval of the Fiscal Agent Agreement; that motion also passed with all ayes.
