Board approves final payment for Marsh Avenue bridge project in Dayton Township

Engineer John Riherd said the bridge work is complete and recommended releasing the final payment. "The project is completed and they are ready to release the final payment," Riherd stated.
Rusty Eddy moved to approve the final payment; Greg Barnett seconded. The board recorded unanimous assent (all ayes) and carried the motion.
In his engineer’s update, Riherd also told the board that rock hauling is finishing soon, rock shouldering work has been completed, and the bridge crew will set up soon in Bennezette Township. The board took no separate action on the engineer’s operational items.
The action closes the project’s payments per the minutes.
