The motion was made by Esq. Stump, seconded by Esq. Cotton and carried by voice vote.

Travis, to waive the $50 fee for plaques for veterans connected by family to Spencer County; motion passed. - Election personnel pay: Motion by Esq. Travis, seconded by Esq.
