Cotton said he favored leaving the tank near the sheriff's office in place, while discussion also touched on burying tanks and the option to lease tanks instead of buying.
Esq. Stump moved to contract with Bennetts for one year; the clerk noted a motion by Esq. Cotton had already been made and Esq. Stump seconded that motion. With all members present voting "aye" by voice vote, the motion passed.
The court recorded no additional procurement terms in the minutes; Judge Travis said the court could combine replacement, leasing and burial options into future motions or specifications when arranging tank changes and financing.
