Magistrate Marty Chandler moved the ordinance and Magistrate Myron Thurman seconded; the minutes record the vote in favor by Chandler, Thurman, Jeffrey Burr, Scott Poston and Judge/Executive Mason Barnes. The court also approved Ordinance No. 310.92, raising the 9-1-1 water meter fee from $2.00 to $3.00 (motion by Chandler; second by Burr).
