Each action passed by unanimous vote.
On real estate and services, the court authorized an option to ground lease county-owned property at 501 Holmes Street to Winterwood Development, LLC; approved an amendment with Stantec for services to address Phase II MS4 permit compliance and correct deficiencies from a State Division of Water audit; and approved an amendment with iWorQ for a three-year software-as-a-service contract, including training and implementation, to establish an online planning and zoning module.
All motions related to the contracts, amendments and grant applications were recorded as unanimous votes in the meeting minutes. The county attorney, Max Comley, was present during the session.
Next steps for the grant applications include execution of required agreements if awarded; the minutes do not specify award status or timelines.
