Cheatham County amends and adopts resolution on overhead cable television wire

After discussion, Commissioner Gary Binkley moved — and Commissioner Tim Williamson seconded — an amendment striking the Cheatham County Building Commissioner from item 3 of the draft. The body approved that amendment by voice vote. Following the amendment, Commissioner Walter Weakley moved and Commissioner Diana Lovell seconded approval of the resolution as amended; the commission approved it by voice vote.
The record shows the amendment and final adoption as Resolutions 20 and 21. The meeting minutes note that the Economic & Community Development director, Jerome Terrell, was available to answer questions about the item.
