A subsequent motion removed 0.04 miles at the dead end of Matlock Drive; that motion was recorded as passing on roll-call vote with one commissioner recorded as abstaining (Resolution 8).
Separately, the commission approved a motion to reduce the posted speed on Willowbank Drive from 40 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour; that motion passed by voice vote.
