Cheatham County trims short dead-end road segments from maintenance list and lowers speed limit on Willowbank Drive

Separately, the commission approved a motion to reduce the posted speed on Willowbank Drive from 40 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour; that motion passed by voice vote.
