Elizabethtown Borough Council approved two financial steps on Jan. 5 related to the Radio Road Interceptor Improvements Project — Phase 2. Vice President Jeff McCloud moved to approve Resolution 2026-1, authorizing Borough Manager Ann Roda to open an additional Pennian Bank account to accept PENNVEST funds for the project; Councilmember J. Marc Hershey seconded the motion and council voted unanimously to adopt the resolution.
Councilmember Jay Hynicker then moved to approve submission of Payment Request No. 1 to PENNVEST for the Radio Road Interceptor Improvements Project — Phase 2; Councilmember Hershey seconded and the submission was approved unanimously.
