Cheatham County approves three zone changes including commercial rezoning on Highway 12

Each motion passed on a roll-call vote of 10 Yes, 0 No, 2 Absent.
The record shows no speakers at the public hearing on these items. The minutes note that none of the three properties are in a Special Flood Hazard Area.
