Warner Robins sets 2025 millage rate at 8.953 mills, approves annexation, moratorium and street-name change

The Warner Robins City Council on Dec. 15, 2025 adopted Ordinance #35-25, setting the citys 2025 ad valorem millage rate at 8.953 mills and establishing a tax due date of March 13, 2026. Councilman Clifford Holmes moved for approval; Councilman Kevin Lashley seconded, and Councilmen Derek Mack, Charlie Bibb, Kevin Lashley, Clifford Holmes and Larry Curtis voted in favor.
The council also approved Ordinance #36-25, annexing 12.73 acres requested by the Annie C. Ryals Trust for property adjacent to 901 S. Houston Lake Road and rezoning the parcels from county R-1 (single-family residential) to city C-2 (general commercial).
