The Commission’s Director of Codes Enforcement presented multiple proposed reclassifications — including changes from agricultural/residential classifications (A-1, A-2, A-2R) to A-3 (developing/agricultural-mixed) and related district adjustments — accompanied by exhibit maps for the parcels involved. Commissioners said the materials were provided for each parcel and the requests were entered into the record.
Commissioner Stitver moved to approve the package and Commissioner Quillevi seconded. The Commission called the roll and the motions passed on recorded votes; the minutes record ten affirmative votes on the package.
The approvals formalize the reclassifications described in the exhibits presented by codes staff. The items were considered together as a set of resolutions; each resolution’s exhibit and parcel description was attached to the meeting packet.
The Commission moved on to other agenda items after the roll-call votes. No additional public hearings or postponements on these specific rezoning items were recorded during the meeting.
