Cumberland County Commission approves agenda and minutes, hears finance and legal updates, elects notaries

Commissioner Greg Maxwell moved and Commissioner Joseph Sherrill seconded to elect Shellie L. Bilbrey, Amanda Dearmon, Deborah Diaz, Vicki Hagan, Pamala A. Harris, Tina Marr, Nicole Miles, Benji D. Persinger, Brittney Searfoss, Indy Smith, Carrie Vandever, John Weismuller and Nancy Winn as notaries public for the State of Tennessee; the commission approved the slate by voice vote. Commissioner Jack Davis announced the Budget Committee’s finalization meeting will be Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2025 at 4:30 P.M. The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 P.M. on a motion by Commissioner Charles Seiber with a second from Commissioner Joseph Sherrill.
