At its Jan. 17 session, the Dickson County Commission approved several personnel actions: it reappointed Todd Berry (1st District) and appointed Tommy Brown (6th District) to four-year terms on the Planning Commission and appointed Robert Wetterau to a three-year term on the Sanitation Board. Each appointment was moved and seconded by commissioners and passed by unanimous voice vote.
Commissioner Dwight McIlwain moved to approve the Planning Commission reappointment and appointment; Commissioner Randy Simpkins seconded. The motion to appoint Robert Wetterau to the Sanitation Board was moved by Commissioner Danny Williams and seconded by Commissioner Stacey Batey.
The commission also approved a list of public notaries presented at the meeting. Commissioner James C. Dawson moved and Commissioner Ray Ledger seconded to accept and approve the named notaries; the motion passed by a unanimous aye voice vote.
The minutes record these actions as routine confirmations and contain no additional discussion or public comment on the appointments. The commission adjourned at 7:13 P.M.
