Supervisor Stephen Kelley moved to approve the rezoning; Patrick Groseclose seconded. The board then approved the conditional-use permit, again on a motion by Kelley and seconded by Groseclose. Roll-call votes recorded all four supervisors voting yea.
The decisions change the county zoning classification for the parcel and authorize a use that the board found allowable under the conditional-use process, subject to the fence being installed. The minutes do not record a timeline for the fence installation or additional site conditions beyond the privacy-fence requirement.
